Every morning for the past 6 years I have been ordering a medium decaf coffee, cream, no sugar at the Dunkin on Bergenline Avenue and 49th Street in Union City, New Jersey. How hard is that. Well, it must be very hard. For the past year I have stopped at the DD and have placed my order, medium decaf coffee, cream, no sugar. I go to the office and low and behold, 4 out of 5 times, there is sugar in my coffee. I am a borderline diabetic and this could be a real problem. I have gone back and told them time and time again. I have gone there now maybe only once a week and I have to take a sip of coffee right there at the counter. How fair is that. Is it that hard to make a cup of coffee to suit a customer. I know now that it isn't worth having dunkin coffee, which by the way, I love, and going into a diabetic coma. Please, Please, try to be more explicit when you are training your employees or franchise owners. If they cannot understand english, then they do not belong at the counter trying to help customers. A lawsuit is just around the corner. Imagine how many people this has happened to and can happen to.
Thanks for listening to me and sorry I am not a patron of your store.

I went into dunking donuts in Venice, Fl. and I was simply fabergasted at the size of the donuts there. They are half the size of the ones in Everett Ma.Also, no jelly sticks, or crullers and so were the bagels and muffins half the size.I was never so disappointed .My husband owned a dunkin donuts shop many years ago, and we had to abide by their regulations etc.We went in around 4p.m.and I got a dozen donuts and they were stale. Please answer me on this comment. I wrote once before to no avail and no answer. Thank you.

On 10/11/07 at 3:18pm employee; cashier Sonia M; was the nastest cashier I have ever encountered.

I orderd a hot coffee w/milk and two splendas. Once recieved the coffee was too dark and I asked for milk to make the coffee light.

The cashier called me stupid in Spanish and refused to put more milk in the coffee. After a second or two she put the milk in the coffee and stated next time I was going to pay a surcharge for extra milk.

At this moment I was upset an asked how much I had to paid. Cashier Sonia indicated can you read the cashier monitor and did not verbally say the price.

I paid the amount and asked for the receipt in which she deceided to play tag with it and did not want to give the the reciept.

I asked for the manager and she laughed with another cashier to leave the store. I was so upset for the treatment that occured at the shop. Something needs to be done about this store and the cashier.

As a latina woman this cashier used her spanish as a negative instead of a postive and not helping the customer in her community. Since I will never go back to that Dunkin Dounuts. Please do something about this store!

Please resond to this emial a valued customer.

I had recently stopped at a DD drive thru in Ft. Myers FL. I ended up using my check card and drove away without realizing the employee never gave it back to me. I couldn't find my check card later that day and realized the last place I had used it. I called the store but was told the manager would be in the next morning and to call then. When I called I was rudely spoken to and told that my card was not there, mind you there wasn't enough time for her to possibly have checked. My husband who frequents that store often spoke to an employee he knew and asked her to check to see if my card was really there and she informed him that the drive thru had accumulated about fifteen cards that day and the manager cut them up so as not to have to deal with customers calling to complain.

I AM VERY ANGRY AT THIS POINT ABOUT DUNKIN DONUTS, I SENT MY SON TO THE DD ON PARK AVE IN NEWARK NJ WITH DD COUPONS I GOT FROM THE NEWS PAPER, AND MY SON CALLED ME AND SAID THE CASHIER WOULD NOT TAKE THE COUPONS BECAUSE HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO THEM. I TOLD MY SON TO ASK FOR THE MANAGER AND THE MANAGER REFUSE TO COME OUT AND TALK ABOUT THE PROBLEM HE TOLD HIS EMPLOYER TO SAY HE WAS BUSY. WHAT? TOO BUSY TO TRY AND SATISFIY A CUSTOMER, THE PERSON WHO MAKES HIS PAYCHECK POSSIBLE!!!! I WORK FOR A BANK AND MY PAY CHECK HAS WRITTEN ACROSS IT "BROUGHT TO YOU BY YOUR CUSTOMERS". MY POINT IS WITHOUT MY CUSTOMERS I WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY COULD GIVE ME AN APPROPRIET REASON FOR NOT TAKING THE COUPONS. WHEN I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER THE AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER HE PRETENED IT WASNT HIM BUT MY SON WAS THERE AND I HAD HIM ON MY THREE WAY ON THE PHONE AND AT THE SAME TIME HE WAS THERE WHILE THE MANAGER WAS TALKING TO ME . SO WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER FOR THE CORPROATE OFFICE NUMBER HE HUNG UP ON ME. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET THIS MATTER RESOLVE.

I agree with Annonomous April 3, 2005 comment...I couldn't have said it better myself, and I;m in Florida. Sounds like DD. has got an internal employee virus...LACK OF "ATTENTION TO DETAIL". SPEAK ENGLISH!!!or don't work. I agree with the manager in Yonkers. My grandparents were immigrents from Italy too, BUT my family insisted we speak English. Pinellas County, Hillsboro Co., FLA. around here it doesn't matter...Customer Service SUCKS!!!! I own AND operate a small speciality restaurant in PINELLAS CO. ,FLA.. I enjoy a cup of DD. coffee, but I DON"T enjoy the lack of customer service I get. Let me head up your training dept. Let me train your managers...That's where the problems begin...Heads up "Dunkin Donuts"... PEOPLE WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE...Anybody can make a good cup of coffee!!! Our restaurant is known for it's good cup of coffee, WITH A SMILE!!! Maybe I'll install a drive-thru window and a smile and get the order right...WHAT A CONCEPT! I really hope corporate reads this!! You see what happened to Krispy Kreme!!?? Power to the people!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS. Don't they stir their coffee's in Mexico?
