The staff is worse than horrible and there doesn't seem to be anyone in charge. Just a few kids who don't have a clue. I've noticed that the traffic in and out is down alot...(not that it helped the service) so I guess everyone else is getting fed up as well. I will go to Dunkin Donuts again, just not that one ever.
