A great marriage story involving Dunkin Donuts

Happily Married CoupleI love people's honesty in life almost as much as I love donuts and coffee from Dunkin Donuts. There need to be more people in life like Jeff & Kayla that can laugh at themselves about the fact that drive a beater and have crazy things that happen to them.

I raise a coffee cup to you both!

Jeff's car sort of leaks when it rains. Only it doesn't leak like a normal car, it only leaks on the seatbelt. The driver's seatbelt. And then the seatbelt is all wet and nasty.

We were running seriously late to church this morning because of the rain and the raging battle it was having with my hair. And when we got in the car Jeff said "Dang it! My seatbelt is soaked, it's going to get my shirt dirty! DO you have any napkins in your purse?"

And since I go to Dunkin Donuts every morning, and also since I carry everything from dried out ballpoint pens to dancing leprechauns in my purse, I can see where he'd make the assumption that I might carry napkins. But I don't. Because why would I carry something that I might actually need?

Check out Jeff & Kayla's site and read their full story.

I am writing to inform you about Share Our Strength’s Great American Bake Sale, a national campaign that mobilizes Americans to help end childhood hunger by having a bake sale in their community. Now in its’ fourth year, over 1 million people have participated in the campaign to aid the 12 million children in America who are at risk of hunger. The campaign, which runs through August, was recently promoted by celebrity chef Rachael Ray on ABC.

Share Our Strength’s Great American Bake Sale offers a unique way for you to connect with your readers about the severity of childhood hunger in America while providing them with a simple and fun way of how they can fight it. Perhaps you can include information about the campaign in a section of this blog?

I was unable to find an email in which to contact you. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, and I can provide you more information about the campaign.

    Thank you,

    Mercedes Bent

Good stuff. I thought I was going to read something about Dunkin’ Donuts napkins, which my wife and I keep in car in case something spills or leaks, but was surprised. And Jeff, I thought I was in touch with my feminine side.
