Today is a nice day off work for me and the kids. So while my wife was still sleeping and the kids watching cartoons I sneaked out to grab some Dunkin Donuts for the family. As I was sitting in the drive thru I got to thinking about why I choose to go to the same location over and over when there are so many Dunkin Donuts locations around me.

I would like to compliment two employees at the Dunkin’ Donuts little store in Yarmouth Me. We stopped in there one morning on our way back home in Pennsylvania. The Manager was there, Her name was Mel. She had an assistant there who’s name was Alex. He made me a wonderful Fratte. They were both very pleasant. It was at store 342614. I am in hopes that the employees will hear about this compliment, because I asked for their names so that I could forward this. I drink Dunkin’ Donut coffee whenever I am travelling and considering purchasing the coffee for my home. Never have I been treated any better. I watched and Mel was really treating everyone the same.
Love the new store in Covington Twp. What can I say…Its a Dunkin Donuts..They speak for themselves
My favorite store is 2601 Berlin Turnpike in Newington, CT. The Manager there is always smiling and happy. This attitude is then infectious to the other employees, who then spread it to the customers. They make me feel like I am not just a sale. The coffee is always fresh and the people are fantastic!

My favorite DD is within walking distance of my home! It is in Coral Springs, FL., store# 341118 on Atlantic Blvd. It is such a friendly, comfortable place! I always get a big greeting from the store manager- he’s the best! The flatbread sandwiches are SCRUMPTIOUS! ( Yes, I’ve had most of them!) The donuts are always fresh and delicious, and of course, the coffee is PERFECT every time! For me a stop at this DD really makes my day! I almost feel like they’re my family!

#345814 is my favorite Dunkin Donuts store. All the employees are friendly, understandable and appear to enjoy their job and customers. I enjoy going through the drive-thru line in the morning seeing the emplolyees smile. They always have something nice to say to the customers; if they are short staff, the staff still has a smile on their face.
store #346318 is in melville long island NY-this one maintains consisitancy in customer service and great tasting coffee above the other dunkin donuts on the same road-they always make great coffee-excellent ice coffee and the people are ALWAYS pleasant and courteous!!! I have a dunkin walking distance from my house-I wont go there due to poor customer service&management and poor quality coffee-i drive out of my way 2 times a day to the one located @-516 walt whitman road, melville,ny because i dont have to worry if the coffee is fresh and if the employees are in a good mood-I HOPE THESE EMPLOYEES GET RECOGNITION-BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT!!-:)
the dunkin donuts that is the most consisitant in great tasting coffee and excellent employees is store #346318(franchise PLU #201)-the iced decaf.is always good as well.while there are many other dunkin donuts in my area and much closer(even 2 blocks from my house),i drive to this particular store because of the great coffee regardless of time of day,and the people employed there are ALWAYS friendly and pleasant. I go 2 times a day and it’s worth it!

I love my DD in Greenfield, IN. Talk about service. They take the time to know there customers. I was a die hard SB customer stopping nearly everyday. When DD came to town I was in heaven.

The DD in the oldest US city, St. Augustine Florida on US#1 North…employees are always great, store is clean and bright, bakery items are commercial-ready beautiful. Make sure you do this location, not the one on US#1 South…they are all of the bad comments I’ve read on this website doubled…hateful un-cheerful employees, coupon hating, nickle and diming (I think they keep Spenda/Sweet n Low under lock and key)…unfortunately their location sometimes puts me there….
I go to the Dunkin Donuts every morning on Lewis Street in Lynn MA and I am always greeted with smiles and Good Mornings. I can see that it is not only me but all the regulars are very happy that the staff starts their day with with a cheery note. There are several customers that see each other their every day and it is like family. Staff is always calling us by name and seem to know how we all like our coffee.
I get a sandwich there and the young lady that cooks it told me that she makes everything like she is cooking it for her and her family. I believe her as it always tastes great. Her name is Nahed and she always starts my day with a smile.

My favorite DD is located in Whitesboro NY. I go there every morning and my favorite cashier Roxy is there with my order ready for me. She always brightens my day with her smile and cheery personality. I have gone to other DD’s in the area and none can be compared to this one. it’s always clean and the staff is great.
my favorite dunkin is candia rd in n.h. the service is great and my order is always right. the manager kelly is a sweetheart.
My favorite DD Store is in Queen Creek,Arizona 85242 on Rittenhouse Road and Ocotillo. The store is fairly new but the help at the store is awesome. My wife and I go almost every day and we are to the point that the more than one of the people that help us have our order down to a science. We don’t have to order because they have the order etched in their brain. How cool is that. Megan,Brittany especially. The manager is the best too. They are so great that Corporate should send them a note and let them know their customers are their cheerleaders.

The DD in South Windsor Ct Sullivan Ave. location should spend some time teaching the employees to SMLE even if it is a fake smile. I have been wanting to do this message for several years now. I just came back home a few minutes ago from there and a young girl who has been working there for quite some time walked toward the register and I said Good Morning in a happy day kind of tone. She looked at the register and said “can I help you”. Not one showing of any kind of appreciation toward me{the customer}. Its too bad because a little bit of early morning happiness can go a long wa y through the day. Thank You
