We love everything about our Dunkin Donuts which is just down the street from us,but the music is extremely loud and it’s hard to carry on a conversation. It is always rock music which only some people like. We like to go there to relax and talk but always end up leaving much sooner than we had planned because of the music. I work at a Dunkin Donuts. The female manager swears at us (her crew), talks badly about us to one another and starts trouble. There was a point where she even spoke of a shift leader calling him a “F*cking F*ggot & the little F&*king fairy” It is completely appauling and inappropriate. If we tell our district manager about her we all get screamed at when people complain about her. It is like there’s no avoiding it!! She is a disgrace to the company and should be fired. I went into the Dunkin Donuts on Oakland St. around 4:00 today and had a very unpleasant experience. I wanted tobuy some ground coffee for home use and add money to an existing card.
I waited at the counter while 3 or 4 people served the drive thru customers Finally as 3 people formed a line at thecounter they called some young girl to help us. She did not know how to use the register properly and didn’t know if the coffee wason sale or not (no signs posted). As she asked for
help everyone was busy with drive up. I handed her a$50.00 bill and then saw a signposted. She left and went in the back room for 2 or 3 minutes with out a wordof explaination. She then returned and asked 3 or 4 times how much I wanted to add to my card. Finally, she gave me my receipt, coffee and change. No thank yous. I retu;rned to my car and my husband asked for the card and I saw that she did not give it to me. I went back in and asked for it and she saw it and gave it to me. No apology.
It was a bad experience. Sorry as I like DD.
I love everything about my Dunkin Donuts…. I always go there When I have meetings or special events, for work. As soon as I walk in the door they great me with a smile and a hello…. They are happy to see me and ready to help me out with my needs. I give them a big A+.

Saturday, the 10th, me and my husband we’re gonna go listen to music in the park. Stopped to
get 2 coffees and a blueberry muffin with butter. Well first she forgot 1 of the coffees, then my husband asked her to put butter on the muffin. I wish you could have seen the muffin!!! crumble

having a bad day. Well Saturday night she was there and had given me the forgotten 2nd cup of
Joe, ALL THE WHILE BLOWING ON THE OPENING OF MY CUP OF COFFEE!!!!!I I should have then said something…but I was in awe as to what I just seen!!!Of course can’t find that receipt to
go to manager!! Any way if you go to the new DD in morehead city,nc…..watch as your order is being
made!!!!!
I go to dunkin donuts 5 out of 7 days a week.love the espresso i notice on the other side even before noon this is 3-4 days a week they are out of donuts three quarters out,maybe you can get them to have more

I often use the Dunkin at 1300 MacDade Boulevard, Woodlyn, PA. I normally go in about 630-700 am and one of the ladies is so sharp that after my first couple of visits she knew what I wanted and had it ready as I was about to ask for it. That has never happened before, anywhere. I was stunned. The other workers picked up on it and now they do the same thing. In addition they are very cordial to all customers. I’m very impressed.
I have been going to the DD in Wilton Manors, Florida, on Oakland Park Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale for many years. The service is very good. The woman that works the night shift is an angel. She is sooo nice. Also during the day shift Mellissa is a good person, she is very personable and I love seeing her when she is working cuz she makes the visit great. The employees are very efficient and this store is VERY Busy. God Bless

I live in Chicago and I visit dunkin donuts every morning, Store #30017. I have been visiting this store for the past few years and I must say that the staff is outstanding. They remember just about everyone’s order that comes in the store. The coffee is always excellent in fact I have visited several stores that this is the best coffee. The staff members are great, they are pleasant, competent and accomodating. They go above and beyond the call for their customers.
My only concerns are: they changed bakeries in which the previous one was better and they need to expand to accomodate the large number of customers.

Kamantha always knows my order for a toasted coconut doughnut, and they’re always fast and efficient in Carneys Point, NJ. The coffee is always really fresh.
I LOVE THE COFFEE, NEXT WHY DON’T YOU TRY TO FILL THE MUNCHKINS WITH CREME AND JELLY. ALSO, PUT MORE CHOCOLATE ICING ON THE DONUTS. (LIKE COVER THE WHOLE DONUT AND THEN SOME! LUV YA GUYS!

I faithfully go by Dunkin Donuts on my way to work every morning and order my coffee the same way everyday. I especially like the new egg white rounds with veggies. What a way to start the morning. Best part of my day. Thanks for the excellent coffee, donuts and staff. I would suggest hiring some older staff though.

I have been going to my Dunkin Donuts for a while and they are so nice and my coffee is always ready when I get there. Wouldn’t go any where else.

I WENT TO THE DUNKIN DONUT IN CLEMMONS FOR THE FIRST AND LAST TIME TODAY.I WAS SO PLEASED THEY OPENED ONE IN CLEMMONS,BUT I ORDERED 2 WRAPS AND 2 MUFFINS AND 2 COFFEES,I GOT TO WORK AND THE WRAPS WERE NOT IN BAG.SO I THREW AWAY ALMOST $5.00 ON SOMETHING I DIDNT EVEN GET.I SURE AM DISSAPOINTED IN THE NEW STORE.HOPE THEY DO GOOD,BUT I WILL STICK TO BREAKFAST AT MCDONALDS

on 8-14-2010 my husband and i stopped at dunkin donuts to get coffee. the cashiefrom store 342881 was very rude and had a frown on her face the whole time my husband spoke to her. normally the people are friendly but their are some that work at this dd like we as the customer owe them something. i am a manager and we always have a meeting about greattt customer service and when we get complaints we handle it appropriately. we dont just shrug it off because without the customers we cant make money. and they cant get paid.one morning they didnt even wrap the muffin she just thre it in the bag and when i got to work i was furious.certain ones are standing on the side where you made the sandwiches talking on the cell phone. how rude and unprofessional??this younger generation dont respect people any more and its a shame half of them get the jobs and people that truly want to work dont get the job. i have been there when the customer had to tell the cashier how much change to give her back because the cashier was busy in a mans face and gave her the wrong amount back. you really need to check up on your dd. i go to dd every day but i am going to switch to a different one.
The workers at my local DD are so friendly and helpful. They always greet you pleasantly and have seen them contribute to local causes. On Halloween they gave the children who were trick o treating some nice treats. They always get the orders correct and the store is exceptionally clean.
I love the convenience of having a store right near my house. I fell in love with the apple danish, but I can’t seem to find them anymore.
I was in dunkin donuts on aug.19 i placed my order recieved it with no problems the problem was when i sat down to eat i was bothered by several flies buzzing around me the whole time i was eating i ate as quick as i could when i was done i made comment to one of the employees behind the counter about the flies buzzing me as i was eating she replied they were aware of the problem and is caused by the door being opened several times throughout the day i could not leave quick enough i understand the door to any dunkin donuts is open/closed several times every day but that’s not the point i am trying to point out a major company like dunkin donuts has to do a lot more to control flies in there shops and if they don’t do anything about it they should be more then ashamed of themselves i do hope the big wigs at dunkin donuts reads this and does something about it i enjoy going to dunkin donuts but….DO NOT want to share my food with flies.
We are very happy to have our Dunkin Donuts re-opened. We visit it often, enjoying the egg sandwiches and hash browns. We also love the coolatas.
Today I went to DunkinDonut as I do every morning and order the usual 2 medium coffee. The young man that ask to take my order, was outside talking and came in with me. He walk around the counter and ask to take my order I had to ask him to wash his hands. I love D.D coffee but your sanitation rule has little to be desire. ( store #308742)

Dunkin for many many years and when the girls are busy they just get in too big of a rush to charge you what the price should be. Comb. #1 with coffee and no one had any coffee so don’t even know what I paid for.

I am a long time drinker of dunkin’s awesome coffee – the best part is how it tastes better than starbucks- an even mellow roast as opposed to their bitter over toasted beans !
But here’s my question –
there was a slogan I found on a cup – ” you can’t get better tasting coffee”, but I cannot find out when this cup was made. It is important because I found my father in law’s wedding ring in it and if I knew when the cup was put there, I can figure out (sort of) when my mother in law lost it. She’s gone now, but it;s important to my wife – Anybody know ?

Dunkin Donuts in No. Waltham, (Lexington street), Ma. , which I frequent each weekday does a very efficient job with very congenial, smiling
people working there.
Regular employees: Val, Andrea, Maria, Juanita, Deep, Edwardo (to mention a few workers) should all be commended for their good work daily with smiling service, pleasant personalities, which is great to see especially to start your day. Keep up the good work. Look forward daily to dropping by this location.
