I have never been so upset in my entire life ,after the way I was treated when I went in to the Dunkin donuts at 342184 landsdale pa. The manager was too busy counting money to pay attention to taking my order. It was absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for .I deserve and demand respect for my hard earned money .I was standing there and he said hold on a minute I am almost done counting the money just give me a minute and I will be right with you.I said to Jose I am on my way to work could you please hurry I don,t want to be late for work.He just kept on counting like it was more important and acted as if I didn,t even matter at all .There was a line all the way to the door.I thought how rude and inconsiderate .That,s what I call bad business I,m surprised that store is still open with an incompatent manager such as Jose running it in to the ground. He made a comment that him and his girlfriend will soon save up to buy the store from the owner after they have it shut down.There is ants all over the place the floor was filthy. The muffins were severely undercooked I took one bite threw the rest away had I ate it I could have gotten food poisoning.Had that happened I would have sued the store owner.I don,t understand just a few weeks ago the muffins and bagels were perfectly gold.What the hell happened to the soft fresh greatness it,s just not the same.I expect things to be right like they were before, or I will no longer spend my money at that store ,and eat there almost everyday for coffee bagel muffins and doughnuts ect..The service is very bad they have messed up several orders ,I,ve been given an extremely bad attitude and I will not tolerate this and neither will all my friends that are all good customers at your store .I will tell them what happened and they will all not go there. I want something done about this ,or I will report this store to corp Dunkin doughnut haedquarters!Thankyou your customers .
This is just to inform you of an incident at our newest Tallahassee Store # 350143 – We are very happy to have a Dunkin Donuts close to our residence. They are becoming very busy and it could be because they are located just off I-10 on Capital Circle NW in Tallahassee. Today when we went in it was busy and they had the same person who was taking orders at the drive thru window come over to the counter and help the one person. This young man took my order and money but then went back to the drive thru window. He never even filled my order. After a few minutes 2 possibly 3 he sent over another young man who was making coffee for customers to fill my order. I found this very rude. He could have had the young man that was working the counter fill my order before the person behind me had theirs filled. Hopefully this won’t happen again. Maybe you can let the manager know of this incident so he could remedy the situation. By the way the manager seemed to also be filling window orders.
this so called wanna manger at the 342184 store i saw him make out with his girl friend while they were trying to serve me i left out of anger because “joey” had his hands down his girlfriends pants she was moaning and i left with out paying and i want “joey fired and i won’t be back!

I love the DD at 4005 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg. The workers are very nice they have great service especially Devonne. I really miss Erika though she was very friendly and pleasant to work with.
I hate dunkin in plattsburgh. they fired my girlfriend starr because she caught the assistant manager chris and the manager mike fooling around at work. The asst was married to a man who had just came out of the hospital after a long time, cancer or something. They made up a lie to fire her so she wouldn’t say anything. Didn’t know until she met the husband through a friend who knew the whole thing. They set her up to shut her up by firing her. Now they are living together. To bad for her husband and my girl got fired from it. Nothin right with that. Way to go dunkin
It will be a shame for me not to thank and give comment for the splendid service i got . it was yesterday,april 23 at 8.30am at 195 main street. norwalk. the store number on the recipt shows #336103. a fantastic and smily lady called RAHEL, served me. she was wellcoming, fast,polite and smiling. the way she offered and choose me the new bagel is very professional and fantastic. I appreciate dukin donut and especially the195 mainstreet ,norwalk store for having such a nice crew.
342184 is the store number in Landsdale PA.The management there is horrible.I was given dirty looks ,arguing with his girlfriend infront of my children.I found it very offensive and downright rude.My order was all screwed up .My kids sandwich had cheese on it .I specifically asked for no cheese said it twice,due to the fact my son is lactose intolerant.He gets severely sick if he has any especially cheese thats melted on he bit in and soit it out .Its like poison to him.He was on his cellphone with aline of people out the door.It took20 minutes to get served thats ridiculous.Jose constantly counts store and tip money right infront of customers,while theres a big line . I heard from a girl named Cheri that he puts his bagels in an unsanatised bucket to thaw only when he runs out telling people to wait for 20 minutes.The cleaning buckets have chlorine and other chemicals in them she said he just rinses them out very unsafe, unexcusable.If me or my kids gets poisoned Lawsuit city.All because of pure lazyness ,and complete lack of respect for people.Its a shame to think a good company like Dunkin Donut would let this continue .If something is not done very soon I will report this to the people who inspect the store.Peoples safety is at stake,I am absolutely horrified .I come in every morning for bagels muffins and coffee .They are so fresh in the morning.I love muffins new extra sugar great idea.Thats the only reason I come back .Otherwise I,d never come back the way I am treated ,thanks please take action!

i go to the DD on Endicott St in Danvers Ma. I am 67yrs old. I ask for Senior discount, some times I get 37cents off today I got 27 cents off and No receipt.and the spanish girls are the WORST…
I was traveling home from Newport, RI on 3/31/2012. It was 6:38 in the morning, when I pulled into 556 Boston Post Poad, Guilford. Store #336524.
I was not pleased with the service I received at all! I got a cup of tea, a cheese twist roll up. They didn’t have several donuts even in their case as of yet. I felt like I was a bother to the wait staff. I asked them to please warm me Big Twist Cheese, and the look was like you got to be kidding me! They did, my tea was not hot at all. And if their was to be cheese in this item I must of got one that it was left out of. I went back up and asked them for a fork, we don’t have any, how about a spoon, we don’t have any! Here’s a knife I found…. OKAY! I asked if they would please warm my tea up? Well we don’t do that. We don’t put it in the microwave. I will add more hot water to it. Well that just killed that tea all together. It was like light brown water at that point. Fine, may I get a maple covered donut. Got it, was put in the bag. She rang it up ask for the money, paid for it. But I wasn’t done ordering……….. So then I said I would like some of the donut holes, looked like I was the biggest pain then. But if she would of asked me if their was anything else first. So I got them thrown in no another bag. I paid and just left. Couldn’t drink the tea, dumped it out. And had the darn wrong donut holes…………… Not a good start to a very long trip back to PA!
let me share my wonderful first time visit at dunkin donut 195 east avenue, norwalk on 03/27/2012. a lovely women at drive through named RAHEL gave us a wonderful service,helping us with suggestion and offering us with different choices. me and my son loved the item she offered us. what a warm and lovely gesture and a great way to encourage trying dunkin’s products. thank u RAHEL and keep up with the good job.

Please read the message below which is meant for Dunkin Donut Oman website, unfortunately there seems a problem on the Oman website, which is based on their “Feedback” link and I am looking forward for a response either from DD Oman or in their corporate office.
Dunkin Donuts Products : Everything has good quality
Customer Services : With other stores has excellent service, except Muscat City Centre for a certain staff.

Other Comments : I would like to bring to your kind attention about the lady staff in your Muscat City Centre branch who has a very rude and brusque attitude towards to her customers where we need to have spat every time she is on duty. On the first incident, we did not bother to complain as she is my fellow Filipino and my mother has a good attitude not to ditch our fellow citizen, as she kept arguing with my mom along with my mom’s friend as my mom is simply asking for sugar and napkin, which she makes big deal on it.
Earlier hearing the conversation while I am seating nearby the counter, my mom was supposed to pay by card and that same lady is saying that they only accept cash payment and my mom pointed out that she saw the card terminal and that lady is telling that is used for top up recharge for prepaid phone (how preposterous!).
While we are eating we started to discussed about that lady staff and I am so surprised that my mom’s colleagues has fights with that same lady because of her poor attitude towards others and hearing her racism towards to her fellow Filipinos, while giving proper customer service for whites (Europeans).
I am so surprised that my mom also told me about an incident with her American-Mexican colleague where that lady staff defamed her calling her “Puta” (“Bitch”in Tagalog and Spanish language), which clearly understands by mom’s colleague and thankfully that staff was only slammed in words by my mom’s colleague.
I took this initiative to bring this attention for my mom who doesn’t deserve to be treated badly by one of your staffs as she is very nice with everyone and as both of us we are working in the hospitality service where the strict standards of customer service is followed and I implemented it by myself to my colleagues as I am the Departmental Trainer.
I also took this initiative as she is marring the good reputation of the Filipino community in Oman as we are well known hard-workers and friendly individual and I honestly need to argue to my mom as she continues patronizing your brand despite of the bad services she is getting with that staff.
I hope this will be addressed as it affects your good name and as we are almost on the same field.. “Guest/Customers address complains as they wanted to continue patronizing your service.” Thank you very much for your attention.

Store 343694 on Union Rd West Seneca, NY is FILTHY! Windows not washed in MONTHS> Men’s Room floor and baseboards are filthy. Manager needs sensitivity training . Harrasses staff-rudely! Chairs.tables dirty.
As a weekly visitor to your Hartford Ave store located in bellingham Ma, I am very pleased with the service. There’s one paticular employee that always gives great service and a smile. I love DD french vanilla coffee however I just found out that instead of making the different flavored coffee that all DD use flavor shots in their regular coffee. Why would a company make a product and then sell something completely different in the stores? I feel as though I am being cheated and will no longer go to DD for coffee. Half the time the coffee tastes burnt and the other half it tastes just like regular coffee. Then upon going to a store in Hillside, IL on Roosevelt Rd and Wolf Rd I had been served by a girl that had the nastiest attitude, and I have also experienced the same thing at the Melrose Park, IL location on Manheim Rd. Then on top of the bad coffee I have found that some of the stores make the double chocolate donuts by dipping them in glaze and then they frost them with the chocolate frosting and then some of them just frost them with the chocolate frosting. Personally I find the ones that are just frosted with chocolate frosting are terribly dry and taste horrible. I wish there could be uniformity for all stores and stop selling that nasty coffee that is not even the product that you make. We are all getting cheated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love d.d. coffee – I’m there once or twice a day -whether I hit either one – e. High or w. High st. location’s – and in some cases boyertown – but unfortunately it came to my attention that d.d. is hiring illegal, undocumented workers – and I know this is the case at the west high st. location – I realize everyone needs to work – but with all these American’s out of work – it is not right – some sort of action should be taken – there are laws

I have never been more satisfied at any other .D.D. that i have been to. The staff there are polite, fast and always busy. ! You have a GOOD crew there … I have employed MANY young adults in my business, Please tell them how good they are..

I recently moved to a suburb of Buffalo, Ny and within walking distance to a Dunkin Donut shop. I can actually see the site from my back yard. For many years I have been a consumer of Tim Horton’s products and now find that I am preferring Dunkin Donuts items. The staff is always friendly and all products are fresh and nearly always available. I will continue to patronize Dunkin Donuts prooducts for my wife and myself. I do have a question for you: are there any plans to offer any gluten free pastries or breads? I purchase these products for my wife, however I cannoy consume any of these items as I am gluten intolerant. Please respond—thank you
