Why are there no buzzers alerting your workers that people are out front? this is the 3rd time this week Ive waited at the counter for someone to serve me, I realize they have work to do out back but you will lose money with customers walking away out front.

Because maybe if you ignore the customers they'll go away. Regards.

Can anyone tell me if the water used for cold drinks is treated different that water for hot drinks (coffee)? Our county in NJ was under a "boil water restriction" due to a water main break and when I went to DD to see if I could get some coffee I was told they couldn't give me any hot beverages but they were happily selling and serving cold beverages... with ice.. So, based on this, the employees either don't really know what they are talking about (I think very probable) and/or they just don't care (I think very probable).

1st off I wanted to let all know that if you are ever in Marietta, Georgia DO NOT go to the DD on E. Piedmont Road... You can get all the way thru your order to get up to the window and SURPRISE, we do not have what you are wanting... or they have dropped the entire tray.. And I asked when will you have another batch ready for the rude SNOT to say in the morning cuz we make them fresh...cuz I was a baker. Had to look twice when she said that. NOT! So I guess they make a bakers' dozen every morning and that is it. And at times when you do get what you want it is so old that the bottoms are hard as a rock. 2nd. Have you ever tried using their trusty little get directions to the closes to you. Good luck on that one. As I really wanted a boston cream donut I thought I would drive to another since the same rude snot above couldn't give me my order she also couldn't tell me where another one was. I was lost more and never did get an answer. 3rd..For an actual corporate person to notify you will be hilarious as we are just one in a few named as a dissatisfied customer. They really don't have time for us just like there employees or management. Maybe krispy kreme would appreciate us more.

June 27, 2012 at 9:39 pm
But Krispy Kreme doesn't have Boston Cream Donuts.... If I want just plain donuts that are fresh I look to see if the red sign is on and hell yeah I go for that. I wanted a Boston Cream donut.... HEHE.....

Just wanted to say that Kanij, the young lady who manages the D&D at 501 West 167th Street in Washington Heights, is awesome. She gives great customer service and I think you should give her a big raise!

I have been going to DD for as long as I can remember, (61 yrs old) I have lived through many changes and languages but know that we all have to learn. However on 3/20/2012 I visited the DD at 820 Memorial Dr, Chicopee, Mass. I bought my grandson a Gatorade and the bottle was too big for him to drink out of. I asked for a CUP and was told I would have to pay 16 cents for it after I had just spent 1.89 for the drink. I thought the girl, who spoke poor English misunderstood me so I asked again and was told "I don't make the rules!" You have Got to be kidding me. I was Never a Starbucks fan, having always drunk DD but I think I could learn to like it. You are a Mega Corporation and You could not afford to give me a cup after I spent 15.24 at your establishment! Tran Seq No: 2837187, cashier Arielle F. You keep this up and America Will Not Be Running On DD!
April 1, 2012 at 5:16 pm
I love this rant! This is a DD fail for sure.

I went DD 1236 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester and there were flies on the donuts and they were gathering where the jelly donuts were. My suggestion is during the summer cover where the donuts. If America runs on Dunkin keep them heathly!

I am sick of the Dunkin that is closest to me. Not only can't you hear a word they are saying thru the drive-thru, but they screw up my order everytime. I was trying to be nice and getting my fiancee her favorite donut on her one day off, I didn't take the 10 seconds to check the bag, and of course it was not only wrong, but a plain crappy donut. I got a bagel with cream cheese, but again, they forgot my cream cheese and yes.. I paid for it according to my receipt. I cannot stand the level of stupidity. I might be able to let it slide if they were busy, or if this was my first bad experience, but I'm finally fed up. Hire some people that actually care about their job. Hire some people that don't screw up orders time and time again. I can tell you this- if it is happening to me, it's happening to alot of other people. I'm Done Dunkin!
April 5, 2012 at 1:53 pm
the problem is each time you go in. if they arent busy two workers waits on one customer and they screw it up . they want to take your drink order before placing my food order and both are talking to me at the same time and i can say clearly what i want. not toast the bagel. cut the bagel. and so on and they get it wrong. why cant one dd worker take my order? and they are so much in a rush. i see this time in and time out. and then if you go there they dont wash there hands after smoking and also they are gossipping about someone. who cares if you had a bad day leave that home and do your job. your getting paid to do your job not to gossip or get my opinion bout something i have no reason to know.

I live in laconia new hampshire..i go to alot of dunkins but my favorite is on south main street laconia. they are awesome..they never mess my order up and they are happy and treat me and my lil boys very well.

The dunkin in Dunmore Pa sucks. They have this women Sue there that has a foul mouth makes rude comments if you do not leave more than a $1 tip and she treats her co workers like trash. Tell the clown manager she does nothing at all. So i sent in a complant to the web site and then the store owner grilled me and acted like I was a criminal the way she grilled me. Sue the do nothing manager r useless. God bless the other poor girls who are stuck working with these two...

Our last two visits have been BAD....no glazed in the store and this was early on Sun. morning. We will no longer support a place where the products are cold, hard and actually have to be dunked before you can eat them.

The New staff at the Dunkin Donuts in Cairo NY are without a doubt some of the best I have seen. They are inspired by the Team Leader Brittany who teaches all of them by example. Brittany is always smiling, and cheerful as she works with her employees, as well as when she greets the general public. The facility itself is kept very clean, the orders are taken, and the products are made and handed out faster then any other Dunkins I have visited in the US.
I will end this by saying KUDO'S to Dunkin for Haveing Brittany as a Team Leader/Manager.

Hugh Lafferty, Smyrna, De,
Today , 03-14-12, at approximately 1330 hrs, my wife and I stopped in your store In the Gateway Shopping Center, 150 Stadium St., Smyrna, De., 19977. I am a 74 year old handicapped senior citizen and we were going to get a couple of cups of your coffee and a couple of donuts. I just had major back surgery on 01-12-12 and we were at the Southern Delaware Physical Therapy , which is just across the street, having my 2 hr. session done and we wanted to enjoy a couple of minutes in your store. I have to wear a 1 foot wide back black back brace and I need a cane to get around, so unless your employees are blind , they could see that I have some physical problems. We were there for over 10 minutes and no one would acknowledge us. The young boy working was taking care of the drive through, and he was swamped. There were approximately 8 other people waiting in line behind us and the manager was standing to the right side of the young boy. My wife asked her if she would take care of us and her reply was " THE MANAGER IS INVISIBLE " and that was all she would say. Everyone left except a truck driver who was parked along the main highway. This is the second week in a row that this has happened to us and I can assure that we will never use another Dunkin Donuts. We went to the WAWA rigth across the main highway and immediately got our order filled. You should look into this matter. Thank you for your concern.
March 20, 2012 at 12:12 am
If I were you go to the main dunkin web site and submit your complaint. They will fix the problem for you real fast. I am so sorry for u. Good luck.
