Tell Dunkin what is on your mind
Please use this post to sound off on anything related to Dunkin’ Donuts. Hopefully the company will catch wind of it and maybe we can get a corporate official to respond to the comments.

I would like to know why a Dunkin Donuts can fire (let you go) without any kind of notice, but we are required to give a 2 week notice if we are going to quit.
why is it that every time you go to dd no matter what they never have the flavor you want in anything.
ie; chocolate chip muffins maple, donuts etc etc. but they always have an abundence of glazed ones?
coffee is warm if you ask for xtra milk/cream could they not warm it up if they know that adding xtra will make it cold?
To let you know of the wonderful service, munchkins and coffee we received from the Naples DD shop on Pine Ridge rd. The service, and quality of products were excellent. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to service our needs.

I love dd coffe and mocha lattes. I also love the french cruellers and chocolate filled donuts.
I ordered a chocolate frosted cake donut. The donut was stale. I doubt if I’ll go to that Dunkin Donut ever again.

the dunkin donuts on roger st in lowell is the best. the crew is friendly and the manager is like seeing an old friend each morning…they always get the coffee right
Have always found my stops at various dunkin donut shops to be a pleasant experiance. Sometimes the wait is long, but the product is worth it.
Drive-thru is a must in Tolland, CT. Inside and parking lot get backed up due to no drive-thru. Tax base should influence.
It would be safer with a drive-thru. Periodically entering traffic on main road is safer. As is, parking lot gets congested with parking in and leaving at same time. A line forms at traffic entry more often than not. Test it at busdy times.

Visited DD store #345223 this Am on Sunday 2/14/10, had an Egg-white sandwich and coffee. Both were excellent, served promptly by well mannered personnel. It was a pleasure.

I have officially stopped buying ice coffee from Dunkin Donuts as of today………is it really possible they could be watering down their iced coffee??????
AFter many disappointing visits and watered down coffee I decided to save my money and bother going back.
Could you tell me why some DD stores make the crullers a nice size so we can share, and others make them so small! They are the same price but smaller….what goes?
I think that the DD in Staten Island, in the Rossville Shopping center is the greatest…with customers who come every morning or evening, they know exactly how we want our coffee and have it ready before you can park the car and walk in…That is service DD style…

To whomever it concerns, I am a loyal customer of dunkin donuts for years. I go everyday sometimes twice a day. I go to different ones where=ever I might be at the time. Today I WENT TO THE Dunkin on Clintmore and Military Trail, in Boca Raton Florida. There were 2 girls and the tables were all dirty the floor was dirty, where they were making the orders for the cutomers was not clean. Th floors behind the counters wet and dirty.I had to wipe off coffee and sugar. It should come to the attention of the manager. I thini thaat it should be addressed. . yjank you arlene
went to dunkin-donuts 8th & market st philadelphia pa–ordered small latte-no bag-no sealed top for latte–asked woman for sealed top–she said that was all she had—when i had to work cup was empty—-really upset—-
Visted your store at Rising Sun and Blvd. Store was very clean and the girls very friendly. The coffie is normaly very good, but this time it was bitter. I hope that this does not happen again. I was very disappontant,
Visited new outlet in Pelham, AL. Glad to have you here as I grew up with Dunkin Donuts in the Chicago IL area and missed it. I was surprised you stopped making the donuts with the handle – what I refer to as the original dunkin donut. That was my old standby as I don’t go for the sprinkles, flavors, etc. Just good old black coffee and the dunkin donut with the handle. But as stated earlier I am glad to have an old friend back. Hope you continue to be successful.
Stopped at store # 341863,ordered a medium coofee and donuts, service was great, staff members very friendly. Will be returning there often
I enjoy talking to old —and I mean old friends at 318 Main st Tewksbury.
excellent service, smiling faces BUT–sometimes if you get something
toasted— its a little slow—-BUT—-that’s not their fault—-it’s the toasters
no complaints—–go Red Sox

Cedar Lane. Teaneck, NJ ROCKS.!!!!!!!!!
Please open a Dunkin’ Donuts on Purdue University’s Campus! The best imaginable location possible. There are no donut shops in the area, and over 40,000 people
I WENT TO MY LOCAL SHOP THREE DAYS STRAIGHT AND THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE DONUT LEFT IN THE ONLY FLAVOR I REALLY ENJOY. BY THE SECOND VIST I DID INFORM THE EMPLOYEE OF MY PREVIOUS VIST AND LEFT VERY DISSIPOINTED. THE ONLY EXPLANATION GIVEN TO ME ON MY THIRD VIST WAS THAT A PERSON BOUGHT THREE DOZEN OF THIS ONE KIND EARIER THAT MORNING ,AND I ARRIVED AROUND 11:00 A.M. SO I SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY JUST A LITTLE EARLIER AND AGAIN NO FREAKING DONUTS. I’M PISSED BY THIS POINT AND ASK THE WORKER ARE YOU ALL EVEN COOKING THIS TYPE OF DONUT DAILY BECAUSE HOW IS THIS POSSIBLY AGAIN. THERE WAS NO I ‘M SORRY HOW CAN WE MAKE IT UP TO YOU, NOTHING. I SKIPPED A DAY AND DROVE SIX MILES OUT OF MY WAY TO THE NEXT LOCATION WHICH WAS ABOHUT 1:00P.M AND THEY HAD PLENTY OF THIS DONUT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THANK GOOD I FINALLY GOT “MY FIX”. SO ON A WHIM I DECIDE TO VIST MY CLOEST LOCATION AROUND 7:30 ONLY DUE TO THE FACT I WAS LEAVING FOR A BUSSINESS TRIP THAT MORNING AND I STOPED TO ONLY GRAB A COFFEE. I DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM BUT I NEEDED INFO TO MAKE A COMPLAINT THE WORKER RECONIZED ME FROM MY COFFEE ORDER AND WHEN I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW SHE SAYS WE HAVE YOUR DONUTS TODAY. OK YES I ORDERED ONE AND SHE GAVE ME AN EXTRA ONE FOR FREE. I THEN TOLD HER I GAVE UP ON COMING HERE AND STARTED TO VIST THE LONGER LOCATION SITE. THE WORKER TELLS ME THATS WERE THE KITCHEN IS LOCATED AT AND THEY CAN MAKE THE DONUTS OVER THERE. WELL I ASKED IF THIS ONE DONUT IS SO POPULAR WHY DON’T YOU ALL ORDER MORE THAN JUST THIRTY SIX OR WHY NOT HAVE AN EMPLOYEE GO AND PICK MORE UP. SHE REPLIED GAS WAS TO HIGH FOR THEM TO GO GET MORE . WTF!!!!!!! I HAVE TO USE MY GAS AND SPEND MY MONEY ON THE DAMN FOOD THAT COULDN’T BE PROVIDED. WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO. B/S!!!!!! YOU SUCK DUNKIN DONUTS IN A SMALL TOWN OF GEORGIA.
I love your muffins and your dunkicino latte’s. My family does not eat pork .it would be nice if you added some turkey meat to your menu. I do miss the days when you walked into Dunkin Donuts and smell freesh baked donuts. Those were the days, Is, dunkin donuts still and American owned company.
I go to DD in the morning before work and my husband and I both get Medium coffees. One problem, this morning I ordered a Carmel flavored coffee and all I got was the same old plain coffee. So much for a change. Now lets see if I can get this so called free Donut with my next coffee. Where do I find this so called validation code??
My Husband, and I are very good, and loyal customers of dunkin donuts, even when we travel up and down the eastern coast of the country. We go through a coffee card a day, you know, buy eight coffees and get one free. Without exageration, we are in dunkies at least a half dozen times a day minimum. We live in Maynard Mass., so we frequent the Maynard store on Waltham St. We love your coffee, or should I say “we are addicted to it”. Starbucks is not our cup of coffee so to speak. I personally love the new brownies. We both like the bagels, toasted with cream cheese. My Husband, on the other hand, used to love your glazed crullers. He really hates them since you changed them to the flat bottom, cake like, glazed sticks. I originally went onto TELL DUNKIN DONUTS. COM to enter my valdation code #, but I couldn’t find it on the slip. Irregardless of that, we both feel that the girls at the maynard store#342642, are very special people. They make it a pleasure to do business with your company. My Husband also talks about how much he enjoys dealing with the girls and guys at your West Concord Mass. store. I don’t know the store number, because I don’t frequent it. He goes there every weekday after the gym, with his workout partner. My Husband always mentions the blonde lady who manages your Concord, Acton, and Maynard stores. He doesn’t know her name but jokes with her on occassion when he bumps into her at one of the stores. He always makes her aware of what we think of the people working for her. He also speaks highly of his contact with her. I hope you receive my comments regarding our experiences with your products, and specifically our numerous daily contact with your employees at these two specific locations. LONG LIVE DUNKIN DONUTS. What would we do without you. Sorry again for not having the validation code number on my slip. Just to name a few of the girls at the Maynard store that we think highly of, Candy, Elizabeth, Mila, Val, Elianie. I wish we knew all of their names, because they are all equally as pleasant, and efficient, hard workers. Thank You for for your time. sincerely Salime G. Hanley
i love the drive thru and its so easy when i go i get a medium or a larger coffee
2/24/10 days I went on a buying a dunkin donuts coffee and her name andreza comform this badge in their Superviso assaulted another employ and I think how the law should have it for another dunkin or have gone for if it home because she is not educated and other things I wanted s supervisors fairĀ this woman for fair grounds.
I go to dunkin donuts dailly and always have a good experiance.
The Dunkin Doughnut shop I go to, all the employees are nice.
To whom it may concern,
I am a very big fan of Dunkin Dounts. I only drink DD coffee outside as well as at my home. I go to the DD on Groesbeck between 11 & 12 mile roads. Believe it is in Roseville or Warren. I am there six days a week. The ladies there are so kind and usually have my coffee going when they see me coming in ! Having said this, there is an ongoing situation i wish to address. Every morning and late afternoon when i am there i notice what i will call a homeless man. He sits at the same table when ever i am there. Please keep in mind i am aware of our economic climate in my state. Some days he is sleeping at this table, other days he is reading a paper. I was beyond shocked when i came in the other morning and found him rolling his own cigarette. Tobacco was all over the table. I am as sympathetic as the next man, perhaps there is a more suitable place for this indivudal to stay. Just wanted to let you know my feelings. Thank you for your time.

I was thinking…..I watched one of your employees unload a dozen or so boxes of your donuts at some random place I happened to be near and it sparked an interesting little jingle in my mind. I ran by a few friends of mine and they seemed to think that it was not only catchy but amusing as well. Like me, they have all seen or heard many of your advertisments being played through various types of media. I have a slogan idea for such commercials, accept it or reject, I don’t care.
Put very simply “Go Dunk yourself”. “Want a hot fresh cup of coffee, then go dunk yourself”. “cream-filled, custard-filled, jelly-filled, THEN GO DUNK YOUR SELF AT DUNKIN’ DONUTS!”
I always go to the Dunkin Donuts on North Avenue in Cranford, N.J.. Both Christine and Lorrie are very friendly, and remain pleasant even when another customer is being impossible. The type who gets 1 each of 2 dozen donuts, then asks for a medium black coffee, and complains it’s to hot. If they order the coffee first they complain it’s to cold. Then they want to charge it, but can’t locate their credit card. These gals make close to minimum wage. Most of us wouldn’t last a month working the counter, even if it paid $700 a week.
I’ve noticed that all the donuts are so much smaller than they used to be. It’s really a shame that so many companies are doing this. We still pay the same price, maybe even a little more, but are getting less for it. They still taste good, however, please don’t try and fool the public.
I received prompt, courteous service at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Rte 45 in Grayslake.
Great service and coffee for the teacher promotion! Thanks
I have gone online numerous times and could never find any validation code to get a free dounut, so I will give up and try another coffee.
always go to dunkin donuts love the hot tea please have tea coupons once in awhile
I love your donuts
I’m very upset with dd- yesterday before work I got a donut-after lunch I noticed it was not what I ordered(no # on receipt to call and tell them)so I went back the next morning- (which is today)they would not correct my order because it had to be the same day– well I only have time to go before work even if i noticed it was wrong earlier- i would not have had time to go back not that morning not during my tiny 30min lunch and after work i have to pick up my child from daycare before 5:30pm( i get off at 5:00pm)–I have been going to DD every single morning(m-f) for over 1 year (since i started working here) and I am very upset that they just would not correct the order/they give you a free donut for telling about your visit, but they dont want to try to keep regular customers t fix something they messed up. Well they have lost 1 customer for life.

Recently my neighborhood DD decided that their employees can no longer accept tips from their patrons. I believe in tipping for great service and am very upset at this new rule. The staff at this location are wonderful. They hear my voice in the morning and know what I want and always greet me with genuine smiles and we gab a little about weather and such if no one is behind me in the drivethru. I am outraged that they would take this away from good hard working people.
