Great coffee. Difficult to communicate with many of the store personnel.
talk about running on dunkin i dont think a day goes by without my d d coffe with these hard times cut back has been a reality.love my d d.
I just want to say that there are three girls at the Dunkin Donuts in Dunmore PA that are fantastic…they are awake, have personality’s, sincere, funny and just what every customer service person should represent!!! I’m not sure of their last names, but their first names are…Sue, Kathy and Jess. They are outstanding and knowing they are their everyday is a great feeling when I know I have to deal with the snobs of Dunmore to get a coffee. It’s girls like these three that deserve recognition for their hard work and kindness!!!!
Good coffee but poor service food always burned and messy
Good coffe, etc and window service is much more efficient and faster than inside counter service.
We go to New Jersey from Virginia four times a year Not many DD in Virginia] we stop at the
intersection of rt13 and rt113 in Maryland and then we stop in New Casle,Delware[201 South
Dupont Hwy.[It is the cleanest of all and we enjoy it, we stop on our way up and back.]

i go daily to d.d.at 60 s.main st. in assonet,mass.the service is great and the staff are very friendly. i enjoy going there as the place is very clean.it is a great way to start the day. the coffee is greattttttttt.
I go to the Dunkin Donuts on Bridge Street in East Syracuse.The hazelnut coffee is the best tasting. The selection of baked goods is excellent. The store is always clean; I like the new renovations very
much. The personnel working there are always friendly and accommodate any special requests.
I recommend Dunkin Donuts to everyone I know.

TODAY I WAS AT YOUR STORE 300630. I PURCHASED TWO SMALL COFFEES AND ONE DOZEN DONUTS. THE DONUTS TASTED RANCID TO ME BUT I ATE TWO OF THEM ANY WAY. MY HUSBAND SAID THAT THEY WERE GOOD ALL THE WAY HOME THE DONUTS KEPT COMING UP. YOU MUST TELL THIS STORE TO CHANGE THEIR OIL AND CLEAN THEIR FRYER. I drove truck most of my life and took many breaks at truckstops that were dirty, smelly, noisey and sometimes I wondered where my food came from. Now that I am retired and mess around on the road with a hobby, I stop frequently at DD restaurants all the time. I find them a night & day difference from truckstops. keep up the good work.
I rather have DD coffee than any other. My husband has 2 chocolate donuts daily. Biggest problem with the 2 franchises in my town is the staff does not understand english too well and they freq mess up the order. Otherwise they are pleasant.

Store# 310388 is the best DD by far, curtious employees with a smile! You cant ask for more. Two employees took my order, Mary Jo made my coffee while Emily rang me out while asking if she could get anything else for me, said I looked hungry, made me laugh! Keep up the good work.
