not only i everybody of my family usually go toDD.hey dd corp. i like the dd coffee very much but only for a manager a am going to change my choice from dd to starbucks.there is a starbucks very near to my house after that i always skip it & go to DD.3 days before i complained against a manager & i went there again yesterday but she told me something like a little bit threat, i dont no what’s her problem?
i think she don’t know the rule of nyc. train her plsssss.

Sophia, at the Haddon Heights, NJ store, always takes care of my daily order of a medium mocha coffee coolatta and order of hash browns and does it cheerfully! A nice way to start a day! thank you Sophia and everyone who works at the store.

i love DD that’s why i always go there.yesterday i & my hasband went to the dunkin donut ditmars blvd, 38 st. & i ordered usual ice coffee & bagel with cream cheese.i just politely told the manager can u cut it pls. oh my god that’s my fault.she was talking like crazy,stupid fucking girl.she can’t talk politely.she need training about customar service pls.such type of manager should be fired.

I am done with Dunkin Donuts in the Saugerties / Kingston, NY area (Saugerties is worse than Kingston). My bad service has included being interrupted in the middle of an order, no simple courtesies such as ‘please’ or ‘thank you’, incorrect orders, surly staff members, and being made to wait at the counter while drive-thru customers are served.. I will willingly pay more for better service at Starbucks, I never leave Starbucks feeling upset, anxious, or just generally ‘ticked off’.

I had a treerible experience at the DD located at 1906 Deer Park Ave. PC # 301788. I purchased a dozen donuts. As the rude cashier was packing them I advised that I may have a coupon for buy 6 get 6 free. I am an avid coffee drinker, spend lots of $ at DD for years buying donuts, coff daily and coffee by the pound for home . When I gave the cashier the card to pay, I pulled out the coupon. She said I already ran it thru instantly and said you use it next time. When I attempted to have her redo the transaction she refused and walked away talking to another person behind her counter as if I weren’t present. I spend PLENT OF 4 there. What store will not correct an error in money they charge you? I was in a hurry but can’t believe the attitude and will not shop there again!

Store NUmber 0142.I like the Dunkin Donuts in Scotia N.Y. The prices are the best in the area and the service is VERY GOOD. They speak kindly to their customers. They make conversation with their customers. I go to Dunkin Donuts and to me good service is important.!

Store #346786. I went to this store this morning & was greeted by Mita with a sunny smile.She served me efficiently & quickly as always. i frequent the store often as i live nearby but this is an extremely busy store,( and hard to find a parking space in despite having one of the largest lots around ), and i am always amazed how quickly the crew of this store handles it.The owner should commend them all.

#345814 is my favorite Dunkin Donuts store. All the employees are friendly, understandable and appear to enjoy their job and customers. I enjoy going through the drive-thru line in the morning seeing the emplolyees smile. They always have something nice to say to the customers; if they are short staff, the staff still has a smile on their face.
