Recently my neighborhood DD decided that their employees can no longer accept tips from their patrons. I believe in tipping for great service and am very upset at this new rule. The staff at this location are wonderful. They hear my voice in the morning and know what I want and always greet me with genuine smiles and we gab a little about weather and such if no one is behind me in the drivethru. I am outraged that they would take this away from good hard working people.

My favorite DD Store is in Queen Creek,Arizona 85242 on Rittenhouse Road and Ocotillo. The store is fairly new but the help at the store is awesome. My wife and I go almost every day and we are to the point that the more than one of the people that help us have our order down to a science. We don’t have to order because they have the order etched in their brain. How cool is that. Megan,Brittany especially. The manager is the best too. They are so great that Corporate should send them a note and let them know their customers are their cheerleaders.

my favourite DD shop is in Berlin (yeh we have have many Dunkin donuts shops here, but only in Berlin ;( )
so everytime I make a trip to Berlin I have to go to dunkin donuts and take a cup of coffee and a 12 donuts box…awww love it xD

I’m very upset with dd- yesterday before work I got a donut-after lunch I noticed it was not what I ordered(no # on receipt to call and tell them)so I went back the next morning- (which is today)they would not correct my order because it had to be the same day– well I only have time to go before work even if i noticed it was wrong earlier- i would not have had time to go back not that morning not during my tiny 30min lunch and after work i have to pick up my child from daycare before 5:30pm( i get off at 5:00pm)–I have been going to DD every single morning(m-f) for over 1 year (since i started working here) and I am very upset that they just would not correct the order/they give you a free donut for telling about your visit, but they dont want to try to keep regular customers to fix something they messed up. Well they have lost 1 customer for life.
