I’m a Dunkin regular, and have my favorite shops but last evening was really disappointing. I went to the one in Casselberry, FL (#303368) a little before 8 PM to get a flatbread grilled cheese and iced tea. The young man didn’t seem to understand what I wanted so he directed me up to the window where he said he understood, but then he told me to move up to a parking space and he’d bring my order out to me. My husband and I waited and waited. Finally my husband went in to ask about my order. In all that time not a single other customer came in either through the drive through or walk in. There were two sales people in the store and they forgot about my order. They didn’t even start it.
does anybody on these posts get a response back from a question? I’m still waiting for an answer to my question from a week ago.

When I get a toasted bagel it’s not toasted enough.
I work in the city and no matter where I go the bagels are the same.
Your product is good , a chewy bagel just doesn’t compare to a properly toasted one.
I visited the Philadelphia, Pa store on North Broad Street # 308212 I find the customer service is fair. I saw a man in the trash looking for food so I took him in DD for coffee and a sandwich. They would not even give the man some extra jelly. They charged me 25cent extra!
I stop in the store # 306265 Dewey ave Dunkins almost daily. I always enjoy my med bark coffee I get there and I will be there tomorrow morning also.
Every time I order coffee from Dunkin Donuts, they never give me regular coffee. It is always light. I open the container and tell the clerk that I ordered regular coffee NOT LIGHT. These clerks are so heavy handed with the milk. When you complain about the service, they look at you as if you tried to rob the store and get coffee for free. These Dunkin’ Donuts clerk should learn the difference between REGULAR coffee and LIGHT coffee. It would just make my day start better and I wouldn’t be so pissed off at them. This is the reason I rarely purchase coffee anymore from Dunkin Donuts. I can always expect them to do the wrong thing every time.

I used to go to Dunkin Donuts fairly often. I have recently been diagnosed with a condition and I cannot have gluten (wheat, barley, rye). Can Dunkin Donuts make a gluten free donut. I know that there are quite a few people around with this condition that would love to have a donut. I think it would be a big hit for Dunkin Donuts to develop this donut.
As a regular at D.D. store #307523 it is refreshing to see and deal with new employees. They are energenic and willing to please the customers. It seems the early morning older employees do not have that same commitment or maybe they get set in there ways.
I went to the store in Northvale store #302929. One of the cleanest and good service. Employees are pleasant and doing a great job
Come visit the store in Jersey store 302929 and i asure you, your visit is going to be worth it. Coffee is always fresh and the environment is very family oriented. I’ve been going to this store for twenty years and employees makes you feel very important.
Why doesn’t DD give free refills on their coffee??? All the fast foods, Panera, etc…do have this privilege for their customers….I understand they throw their coffee away after 18 minutes and make new…..isn’t this a waste??? I know it’s supposed to always be fresh but hey….this is absurd!
Your LARGE signs with the SMALL print promoting 99 cents sausage biscuits are, in my opinion, deceptive advertising. A person driving by your sign couldn’t possibly read (or maybe even see) the small print which requires a beverage purchase to get biscuit at advertised price.

RECENTLY I BOUGHT COFFE AT DUNKIN DONUTS. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE COFFE. THEN I WAS GIVEN A STORE RECEIPT WITH A VALIDATION CODE ON IT FOR A FREE DONUT. WHERE DO I GET THE DONUT? THANK YOU.
I USED TO GO TO THEDUNKIN DONUTS INSIDE WALMART LISBON CONNIECUT BUT RESENTLY I HAVENT BEEN GOING ITS NOT THE SAME. THE EMPLOYEES ARENT FREINDLY AND THE PLACE IS SO DIRTY IAM AFRAID TO EAT THERE. THERE IS NO HALLOWEEN DEORATIONS. ONE YOUNG LADY WITH BLACK LONG HAIR LAST YEAR ALWAYS HAD HOLIDAY DEORATIONS AND WAS SO FREINDLY I LOVED TO COME IN THAT PLACE, SHE ALSO ALWAYS KNEW MY COFFEE EVEN BEFORE I ASKED FOR IT, SHE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HER FACE EVEN IF SHE WASNT HAPPY. YOU NEED TO GET HER BACK OR GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THERE DOING.
I used to go to the Dunkin Donuts in Brooklyn Ct and now I to the Dunkin Donuts in North Grosvenordale because they have more friendlier people and they great you with a smile all the time. They are quick at what they are doing and they always have the coffee of the costumer ready for them as soon as they walk in the door.
I go to 2 different Dunkin Donuts, N. Versailles and N. Huntingdon……..I can’t tell you who is the BEST!!!!!!!
My husband and I visit a Dunkin at least twice a week for a cup of delicious coffee and sometimes a donut. The service is great and we are treated like VIPs. I am disappointed that the donut sticks are not being sold anymore. They were my favorite. Lolita

I really enjoy Dunkin Coffee. I visited store # 347883 Sunday Nov. 8, 2009. I got 2 large coffees, and nowhere can you get that delicious taste anywhere else. Your coffee is great, but even when I make your coffee myself, it never tastes as good.
My order # was 11867, and my PLU # us 201. I should be receiving a Validation Code for free donut the next time I get coffee.

I LOVE Dunkin Donuts on S. Van Dorn St in Alexandria, Virginia. I’m regular customer in that store for 5 years and I just LOVE the store! people work there are always happy and welcoming. I start everyday with fresh coffee and sandwich there. Store is always clean and I appreciate for their EXCELLENT service!
March 15,2010 My recent visit to Dunkin was not sot pleasant . My creit card was overcharged. But the cashier refused to return the charges and ,make the correction. She gave me cash back for the difference but thats not what I wanted. I Explained thats not what i wanted.
the rossville store in staten island only has one person there that knows how to make an iced latte correctly. i will not go into the store when this particular person is off or its not between the hours he works. everyone should get on board on how he makes his latte because if it wasnt for this person i would not return to dunkin donuts,because of all the watered down latte or ingredients such as milk not being added into the latte. and even after i say to these other people where is the milk? there response oh you wanted milk? isnt a latte made with milk? i shouldnt have to ask for milk in a iced latte. but i am very happy with one individual at rossville in staten island

I went to D. a busy store usually the c D. on cape cod ma. Its the store in centerville ma falmouth rd o2632The coffee was so watered down it was awful…..they have done that before. I will not go back there. pleaswe let them know they are not living up to the standard of good coffee for bDD.please let them know .and me too.
I went to store # 303712 860 Post rd Warick R.I.. and order a ice coffee and when I went to pay I said Senior discount please. The clerk said we do not give senior discount at this store . Whats up with that ? This senior will never go back and I posted it on Facebook for all seniors to see. That store should give us senior discount because all the other stores do . Not a happy camper

I went to this store this morning & was greeted by Mita with a sunny smile.She served me efficiently & quickly as always. i frequent the store often as i live nearby but this is an extremely busy store,( and hard to find a parking space in despite having one of the largest lots around ), and i am always amazed how quickly the crew of this store handles it.The owner should commend them all.
